Geno2pheno [resistance] TESTVERSION 3.3

New Welcome to the new version of geno2pheno[resistance]. The models for the phenotypic prediction have been updated and new models for DRV, ETR, and TPV are now available. Additionally, a tool for predicting first-line therapy success was integrated (please activate the tool by using the checkbox). Decision tree based predictions are not supported anymore, but can be accessed via the original geno2pheno version. In case you observe any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us (see the contact tab)!

On submitting below an HIV-1 pol-gene DNA sequence you will obtain a sequence alignment to the reference strain HXB2, a list of mutations and different predictions of phenotypic resistance of the respective virus to 15 antiretroviral drugs

Do not use patient names!
2. Cutoffs: Expand to set cutoff values explicitly (will slow down computation)
3. Pol-gene (PR and RT) nucleotide sequence: upload from file (sequences in FASTA format, or single plain or FASTA sequence):
